KKlub Christmas ELFS

Thought maybe you'd see everyone better and who you can recognize especially the little ones.
MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!!

KKlub Christmas 2008 @ Todd's on Bass Lake

I thought I'd be colorful for the KKlub post.
We all gathered at 11:30 on Saturday for a "roast bird", connivial chat and libations.
The letter for present giving was "L" and many a quip was given about each present.
There were light bulbs, a stepLadder, a ladle, liquor, luggage, floor Lamp, licorice just to name a few. Pictures were taken, stories exchanged and of course, songs to be sung. Tom S remarked that the accompainist needed a little practice for Still, Still, Still and so did the singers. We missed the AZ and MO members sorely for the bass and tenor sections.
Well here is the proof of the Christmas "pudding". And to all a good night!

Winter Formal 08

Good Monday morning all,

I missed my Sunday call with the Mumma, so here's a pix to share...I can't wait to see everyone in just 10 days!!! The retail world is still spinning, just a little slower this year...will it be my last?

Who knows, I think we need to play the game, "What's Lisa's next career?" Brian's job is going well. He's in the boot heel of MO. I keep the map out and see if he comes close to Kelly. Nothing yet. I don't have my tree decorated yet :( Brian doesn't come home til the 22nd. We are planning a Open house brunch on the 28th if anyone wants to make the trip.

Brady had his winter formal dance Friday. He looks so hansome. He picked out his outfit. He said it wasn't as much fun as last year...could be because his "best girl" Shannon is a freshman and couldn't come. Well off to cardokick boxing, I'm off this Tues and Thurs, then the long stretch to the 24th.

Luff ewe all,

Lisa

Christmas show and tell

New mantel creation for this year.

Close up look at the picture wrapped in paper with the AWESOME red wreath.
After a major furniture move, we put the tree in the front window.
Merry Christmas!

Thanksgiving in Pinehurst

Sorry to report that I did not take many pictures this weekend. Here are just a few to share.

Hanging out at Uncle Al's new favorite place to debrief after a round of golf, the Darling House. We (CC, Dad, Colleen, Chrissie and Christine) met Charles and Uncle Al after their round of golf at the Pit on Friday.

In keeping with the Thanksgiving tradition, the girls went to Steinmart for some power shopping. Christine is modeling an apron with her inital on it. Too cute!
