Charles and I tailgated this weekend before the NC State vs ECU game on Saturday in Raleigh. We had a blast and the Wolfpack beat the Pirates in OT. Charles was a happy camper. Both of us did not wear our hats and came home with sunburned faces.Looking forward to more tailgating and football in October, when Lindsey and JB come down for the ND vs UNC game. Go Irish.
Mom, I know you were sick of seeing the doggies on the blog, but this picture is just too cute. Izzy likes taking car rides. I love to watch her ears flap in the wind!

For a little background... ECU/NC State is a dirty rivalry that dates back a long time. They actually stopped playing each other in the 1980s b/c the behavior of the two scholls got so bad. They don't like each other and never will. State went to their place last year with a 1-5 record and beat them. This year they came to Raleigh undefeated and ranked #15 in the country... and yes, we beat them!!
