Well, it was a bit bloodier than I thought it would be. Try the old floss trick. I saw it on related YouTube videos after the fact.

I'm so glad that the Greening kids have all lost their first teeth! $12 -- I'd be in the poor house. Erin is working on her 5th tooth but she seems to be on quite a roll. Congrats Lily!
Just to clear it up a bit, Lily was merely "compensated" $12 to do the pulling as a one time fee. Regular tooth fairy fees remains at $2.
